Lauren takes part in many big adventures, running across the Sahara Desert, the French Alps and the highlands of Scotland. Lauren’s always loved helping people improve themselves physically. As a PT and Running Coach, she has helped many people reach some remarkable goals. Lauren’s love of running and having fun on the trails is very infectious, she loves nothing more that bringing out your inner child whilst skipping across hills and mountains. 

Dawn found her love of running, more so on the trails, courtesy of Lauren. This led to Dawn creating her own mini adventures that are fast growing. Dawn transferred this love of adventure into her work with people wanting change in their lives. With her background in Sports & Exercise Psychology, Dawn loves helping someone grow in confidence and watch the joy someone experiences when they achieve what they once thought was impossible. 

So how about combining the joint love of adventure on different levels and support others to have their own adventures at whatever level is right for them. 

Ultra-running and some of these extreme adventures seem so far removed from someone who is yet to run their first park run or someone who has never run on the trails. Running 250KM in extreme heat in the desert doesn’t have to be the goal or the adventure. It’s about setting YOUR world on fire not THE world on fire.

Stepping out of your comfort zone and achieving something you’ve worked towards can be transformational. It creates a feeling of bravery, empowerment and enlightenment. These feelings you’ll find are transferred to other areas of your life.
